Frequently asked questions
What does FaceReady cost to start?+
Entry pricing sits at $19.99 under free trial access, so you pay after trial review rather than relying on a Free version. Charges apply for continued desktop use for video work. Check the pricing page for plan terms tied to that entry level before purchase.
How long is the FaceReady trial?+
Trial cover lasts 7 under free trial access, giving time to review video features on supported desktops. There is no Free version beyond that window, so continued use needs paid access. Trial terms may limit features, so review conditions on the pricing page before starting.
Where can I run FaceReady?+
FaceReady is listed for macOS and Windows as a video tool for desktop editing. That coverage suits households with mixed Apple and Windows machines. Mobile or web use is outside the stated platform list, so confirm device fit with system needs before relying on trial access.
How do I get help with FaceReady?+
Support runs on email and help centre only, with written guides plus direct email contact for account and product queries. That setup suits users comfortable with self help and async replies. Review help centre material during trial to gauge answer depth before purchase.
Does FaceReady offer money back?+
Refund cover is listed as 0, which means purchases do not carry a set return window. Trial review for 7 is therefore the main way to assess fit before paying. Read the refund policy closely and contact support by email before purchase if terms seem unclear.
Who provides FaceReady and where is it based?+
FaceReady is associated with Trucode Limited with home country listed as GB. That detail helps with billing clarity and privacy queries. For added comfort, review the privacy notice and help centre notes tied to that entity before starting trial access or paid use.
