Frequently asked questions
What products does GoSoftwareBuy sell?+
GoSoftwareBuy sells perpetual office suites in recent releases alongside standalone applications and project planning software. The catalog centers on current perpetual releases for everyday documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Each product is sold as a one time license without a subscription.
Which computers do the licenses support?+
GoSoftwareBuy sells editions for the two main desktop operating systems used by homes and small businesses. Most licenses are edition specific, so a PC edition activates on PCs and a Mac edition activates on Macs. Buyers select the edition that matches their computer.
What is the difference between the recent office releases?+
The newer perpetual release includes the latest features and suits new computers. The earlier release covers the same core document, spreadsheet, presentation and email tasks at a lower position in the range. Both are sold as genuine one time licenses.
How many devices can use one license?+
Standard licenses from GoSoftwareBuy are valid for one device. The licenses activate directly with the software vendor through the supplied key. Perpetual licenses can move to a replacement computer after removal from the old device.
Does the purchase include a subscription?+
No, the licenses are sold as one time purchases rather than subscriptions. Once the software is activated, it stays available without recurring renewals, which suits people who want the same tools for many years.
What kinds of software does the range include?+
The range includes recent releases of office suites along with standalone document tools and project planning software. Each product runs on personal computers or Apple computers, so buyers can match the edition to the machine they use at home or at work.
How are the keys delivered to buyers?+
Keys arrive by email once the order is processed, and the software is then activated directly with its vendor. Buyers can start installing the program on the matching computer as soon as the key is in hand, which keeps the setup process short.
