What it does well
Sonic Producer centers on fast rap and hip hop creation through a click drag workspace and four octave keyboard with dedicated shortcuts. You get twelve programmable drum pads, a sixteen channel mixer and a broad sound library for building full tracks. Finished beats can be exported as MP3 or studio quality WAV, saved online to complete later, and uploaded to social channels. Guidance covers selling beats, marketing yourself and improving through videos and a packed members area.
Ownership of your beats
Beats finished in Sonic Producer belong to the person who made them, which gives creators exclusive rights to their own tracks. That means a producer decides how each beat is used, shared or released to others. Ownership stays with the creator as the library of finished work grows. For anyone building a catalogue of tracks, knowing exactly what they own is a practical advantage. The rights apply to beats made in the software, so the arrangement stays easy to follow from one project to the next.
