Start with the entry price and the free tier
Price and access settle more of a shortlist than feature grids do. IFTTT has a free plan and sells both a free plan and a free trial, with paid plans starting at $2.99. Shafrik also has a free plan, with a paid entry point of XOF 9,900 and an e-commerce plan priced at XOF 9,900.
Infloww and Marmin AI take the other route. Infloww has no free plan, so its trial of 7 is the only free access on offer, and paid access starts at $40, with a per-user figure from the same level at $40. Marmin AI has no free plan either, offers a longer trial of 30 and starts paid use at $0.05.
Read those figures as entry points, not totals. A trial ends and a subscription begins, and an entry price says nothing about renewal, so pull the billing period and the renewal figure from the pricing page before a number goes into your budget.
Read the usage caps beside the price
An entry price counts for little when the plan caps what you can run. IFTTT limits its free plan to 2 Applets, so any real workload pushes you towards paid access. Shafrik is explicit about the same problem: AI credits recharge separately, which makes heavy use a cost you have to plan for rather than a benefit you get up front.
Infloww meters differently again. Its plan tiers are set as OnlyFans / Fansly / MYM / Fanvue per creator profile, and its usage limit is per creator profile, so cost follows the number of profiles you manage rather than the size of your team. A per-profile cap suits a focused rollout and punishes a wide one, while a credit top-up makes busy months hard to forecast. Quote the cap and the price on the same line of your comparison.
Match the tool to the job, not to the feature list
Feature lists overlap more than vendors tend to admit, so the job comes first. IFTTT is listed purely as automation, and Vidora the same way at automation. Shafrik covers wider ground with ai writing, automation and chatbot, and it builds in a store for selling through at store. Infloww sits between the two with automation and chatbot, and its core product is a crm.
A reader who needs content, chat and selling handled together has a narrower field than a reader whose requirements stop at triggers passed between apps. Naming the job removes most of the shortlist before anyone reads a single feature table.
Check who answers when a workflow fails
Support is the part readers check last and regret first. Shafrik offers email, help centre and community, the widest set in this group, with email, a help centre and a community. Infloww offers email and help centre, and IFTTT lists help centre alone, which leaves self-service as the route while a workflow is failing.
It also helps to know who stands behind the product. Infloww is run by Infinni Innovations S.A., registered in ES. Marmin AI sits with MARMIN AI SOFTWARE DESIGN L.L.C. and a base in AE, and Vidora lists US for its team. Jurisdiction decides which contract, privacy and data terms apply, so read the terms of whoever you shortlist.
Fit narrows faster than features. Shafrik is built for beginners and small business, IFTTT for small business, Marmin AI for small business and enterprise and Vidora for enterprise, while Infloww is listed for small business. A tool aimed at beginners and a tool aimed at enterprise buyers rarely price or support the same way, which makes audience a real filter rather than a slogan.
Set each price against the category
Judge every figure against the wider field. Entry prices across the tools tracked here run €0.04 to €1,315.44, and a span that wide makes any single headline number close to useless on its own. Currency is a further trap, since the Shafrik figure and the Infloww and Marmin AI figures are not quoted alike, so convert them to a single currency before you rank the vendors.
Questions stay open at this stage. Confirm whether each entry price is charged monthly or annually, what a renewal costs, whether seats or profiles have a minimum, and what extra usage costs once the cap is reached. Those lines usually move the total more than the entry price does.
Build the shortlist, then read the detail
Write down your answers before any demo: the entry price with its billing period, the cap on free and paid use, the support channels, and the legal entity you would be contracting with. A vendor that answers each of those in plain language is easier to run than one with a cheaper headline number.
Then read documentation rather than adverts. The Workflow automation tools ranking lines up the whole field, and the Shafrik, Infloww, IFTTT and Marmin AI write-ups set out each vendor's plans and limits in detail, which is where a cap or a renewal clause tends to appear.
