Our verdict
Amen.pt suits small businesses that want hosting, domains and a site builder under one account, and the free plan is the detail that separates it from paid-only rivals. A .com costs €32 in the first year and the same €32 on renewal, which keeps domain budgeting predictable.

Pros and cons
Pros
- A free plan and a 30 free trial let a site be built and tested before any spend.
- One account covers shared Linux hosting, shared Windows hosting and WordPress hosting, so a shared site, a VPS and a reseller account stay with the same provider.
- The builder offers 150 templates for site and store, and stores carry a transaction fee of 0%.
- A .com is €32 for the first year, €32 at renewal and €32 to transfer in.
Cons
- Renewal jumps from an entry of €0.70 to €8.58, so the second term carries the real cost.
- The money-back period is 14, well under the site median of 30.
- The e-commerce plan at €26.61 sits above the site median of €14.

Scored 9.3 / 10 by ForgeCue.
Who it suits
- Small businesses that want hosting, domains and a store builder billed together.
- Shop owners who want to sell without a per-sale platform charge, since the transaction fee is 0%.
- Beginners who can use the free plan and a 30 free trial before committing to hosting.
Who should look elsewhere
- Afrihost, for readers who prefer an entry price of ZAR 84 and a provider priced outside the euro.
- Render, for readers who want hosting that starts at $0 and pay nothing for a first term.
- Hosting.cl, for readers who plan a heavier first term of CLP 159,900 at entry.
Plans and pricing
Entry is priced at €0.70 for a 12 term, and the same plan renews at €8.58. The gap between the two figures is the whole budget question: the first period is set to pull people in, the second sets the real rate. Anyone planning more than a single term should budget on €8.58 from the start.
What it does well
Hosting covers shared Linux hosting, shared Windows hosting and WordPress hosting, so shared, WordPress, VPS, dedicated and colocation sit in one catalogue. Shared plans allow 1-10 sites, and included features are free ssl, backups and staging, which covers certificates, backups, staging and email. Servers run in Reading, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Italy, so European and Asia-Pacific visitors can be served from the same account.

Frequently asked questions
What does Amen.pt hosting cost at the start and at renewal?+
Entry is priced at €0.70 for a 12 term, and the same plan renews at €8.58. The entry figure is a first-period rate, while the renewal figure is what the second and later terms cost. Budget on the renewal number, since that is where the larger share of a multi-year bill sits.
Is there a free plan, and how long is the free trial?+
A free plan is offered, so a site can be started at no cost, and the free trial runs 30. Both sit alongside the paid hosting range rather than replacing it, which makes the builder a low-risk way to try a layout before a hosting bill starts.
Which hosting types are on offer?+
The catalogue covers shared Linux hosting, shared Windows hosting and WordPress hosting. That range means a beginner shared plan and a dedicated machine are available from the same provider, and reseller hosting and colocation suit buyers who resell or place their own hardware.
How many websites can one plan host?+
Shared plans allow 1-10. Larger counts need a larger plan rather than a different provider, and the site builder is sold alongside the hosting range, so the number of sites is set by the hosting plan you pick.
What comes included with a hosting plan?+
Included features are free ssl, backups and staging, covering certificates, backups, staging and email on the plans that list them. Staging in particular lets a WordPress build be checked before it goes live, without changing the current site.
Where are the servers located?+
Data centres are listed in Reading, United Kingdom, Netherlands and Italy. A European site can be served from a nearby European location, visitors further east are covered by the Hong Kong site, and North American traffic has Canada.
What does a .com domain cost?+
A .com costs €32 in the first year, €32 at renewal and €32 to transfer in. The three figures are the same, so there is no first-year saving to lose later, and bringing an existing domain costs what registering one does.
Can I sell online, and what are the costs?+
The builder handles site and store, so sites and stores are both covered, and the e-commerce plan is priced at €26.61. The transaction fee is 0%, so a store carries no per-sale platform charge on top of the plan.
