- Small business teams that want staging, backups and phone support included

Intro and renewal prices
Intro pricing for the Web Hosting plan starts at €3.54 for a term of 12, which keeps entry costs clear for new sites. On renewal the same Web Hosting plan moves to €11.80, so long term budgets should reflect the higher ongoing rate rather than the opening offer alone for planning.

Frequently asked questions
How do intro and renewal hosting prices compare?+
Intro hosting under the Web Hosting plan is listed at €3.54 while renewal for the same Web Hosting plan is listed at €11.80. That gap means early budgets look modest and later budgets need room for the standard rate across the hosting term.
What hosting types and included extras are available?+
Amen lists hosting across shared, wordpress and VPS, which covers shared needs through larger VPS and dedicated setups. Plans include free SSL, backups and staging, so SSL, backups, staging and email stay within the same hosting choice without adding separate tools.
What money back period applies?+
Amen allows a return window of 14 under its service terms. That window is shorter than typical cover of 30, so review plan limits and renewal terms before committing for a longer period.
How can customers get support?+
Support is available across email, phone and help centre, which gives email and phone routes plus self help material. That mix suits beginners who want direct contact as well as guides, though live chat is not part of the listed channel set.
What does a .com domain cost?+
A .com starts at €19.90, then renews at €49.90, while a transfer is listed at €49.90. Amen also lists 500 extensions overall, so broader domain choice sits alongside hosting and email services.
Where does hosting run and what assurances apply?+
Amen commits to availability of 99.99% and lists hosting presence across United Kingdom, Italy and Canada. Email handling also cites ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, which helps small businesses that weigh continuity and audited handling of mail data.
