Frequently asked questions
What does cyber_Folks cost to start?+
The cheapest hosting entry price is PLN 9, paid for a first term of 3 months. After that, the same plan renews at PLN 33.25. Buyers should treat the entry figure as a promotion and budget for the renewal figure.
Is there a free plan?+
No, the free plan is no. The provider runs on a free trial instead, and that trial lasts 14 days. That is shorter than the site median of 14 days and well under the 365 day maximum across the site's brands.
Which hosting types are available?+
The range covers shared hosting, WordPress hosting and WooCommerce hosting, so a single account can grow from shared hosting to dedicated servers. Shop-specific plans are included for WordPress, WooCommerce and PrestaShop, which suits sellers running those platforms.
What does a store cost to run?+
The store builder prices from PLN 49, and the e-commerce plan sits at PLN 49. The transaction fee is 0%, so payments add nothing on top of the plan. Free plan is no, so there is no no-cost tier to test on.
How is support delivered?+
Support runs on email, chat and help centre: email, live chat and a help centre. A phone line does not appear in that list. For anyone who needs voice support, the channel list is the deciding factor.
Where is the company based?+
The provider is headquartered in Poland and operates as cyber_Folks S.A.. It was founded in 1999, which makes it one of the longer-established names on the site's list of 1,108 brands.
What is included with hosting?+
Hosting plans include backups, staging and cdn. Backups and email appear on most plans, while staging and a CDN are less common, appearing in only 23.5% of the site's hosting brands.
How many sites can a plan hold?+
Plans allow between 1-25 websites, so a single plan can cover a main domain and a handful of supporting properties. Uptime is guaranteed at 99% to 99.9% on the technical parameters.
