EcoHosting review

The entry plan is priced at CLP 24,900 for 12, and the same figure is the advertised starting price across the range EcoHosting lists. That sits well below the CLP 159,900 entry price at Hosting.cl, so a first purchase here is at the cheaper end of the local market.

EcoHosting sets out an entry price of CLP 24,900 covering 12. Renewal prices across the wider list centre on €5.99, while entry prices sit near €2.99, so read the renewal line on the plan before committing beyond the introductory term.

The free plan is listed as no, so there is nothing to try at no charge. The way in is the entry plan at CLP 24,900, and a money back period of 30 days does the work a trial would. Support runs on email, chat and phone if you would rather ask first.

EcoHosting supports email, chat and phone, so a call, a chat message, an email or the help centre all reach the same team. Phone and chat sit alongside email rather than replacing it, which suits businesses that want a quick answer during their own working day.

EcoHosting publishes an uptime guarantee of 99.9%, and support is offered on email, chat and phone if a page goes dark. The company trades as EcoHosting Internet Limitada, so the contractual side sits with a named Chilean entity rather than an anonymous reseller.

EcoHosting is headquartered in Chile and trades as EcoHosting Internet Limitada. It has been running since 2011, so a Chilean customer deals with a long established local company rather than a reseller of someone else's platform, and billing stays in the local currency.

The range covers web hosting, hosting empresas and cloud vps, so a single site, business hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated servers and reseller accounts can all sit with one provider. EcoHosting also builds site, store and landing projects, covering a standard site, an online store or a landing page on the same account.
