HOSTiQ.ua review

Virtual hosting starts at $6.13 for a term of 12 months, then renews at $7.67. The median intro price across hosting brands is €2.95 and the median renewal is €6.14, so entry sits in the upper part of the range while renewal stays nearer the middle.

The money-back period on shared plans is 30 days, the same as the 30 median across the hosting brands compared. That gives room to move a site across and change your mind before the next bill, rather than relying on a short window.

There is no free plan. The site builder comes with a 30 day free trial, and hosting is sold on a free trial basis, so you can test the builder first while hosting starts on a paid plan.

The range covers shared hosting, cloud hosting and VIP hosting, so a single supplier can carry a small site on shared hosting and move the same account up to VPS, cloud or dedicated servers later. Reseller hosting and email hosting sit in the same account for those who need them.

The builder covers site, store and landing, so you can build a site, a store or a landing page, and the e-commerce plan is priced at $7.01. There are 190 templates to start from, and the site builder itself starts at $5.85.

Data centres sit in Lviv, Ukraine, Rotterdam, Netherlands and Atlanta, USA. The provider is headquartered in Ukraine, and the legal operator behind the terms is Skurykhin Serhiy Mykolaiovych (sole trader / FOP). An uptime guarantee of 99.9% is stated for the service.

Support runs through chat, email and help centre, so help comes by live chat, by email or through the help centre. There is no phone number listed among the channels, and the help centre covers the common setup questions.

A .com domain costs $16.50 for the first year, and transfers in at $16.50. Free WHOIS privacy is included, which matches the 66.2% share of registrars in the comparison that bundle it, and the median first-year .com price is €11.61.
