Our verdict
Turhost suits small businesses and beginners who want low-cost hosting from a Turkish provider, with plans spanning Linux, Windows, WordPress, reseller and e-commerce work. Shared hosting starts at $0.79 and renews at $2.19, so the rate you keep stays low after the opening term.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Entry price of $0.79 sits well below the typical intro price on this site, and renewal at $2.19 keeps the later-year bill modest
- Plan choice is broad, covering Linux/cPanel web hosting, Windows hosting and WordPress hosting, so a small site and a growing business can both find a match from one provider
- Shared plans carry free ssl, backups and email as standard plus an uptime guarantee of 99.9%, with email bundled into the hosting
- Support runs on email, chat and phone, and domain registrations come with free WHOIS privacy included at no extra cost
Cons
- Hosting runs from a single data centre location, Istanbul, so visitors outside that region depend on one site's availability
- The money-back window is 15, shorter than the 30 typical across this site, leaving less room to change your mind
- The site builder has no free plan, so a site built there starts at $0.69 rather than at nothing
Who it suits
- Small businesses in Turkey that want hosting, domains and a site builder on a single bill
- Beginners who want Linux/cPanel hosting with email, backups and free SSL included without extra add-ons
- Site owners who put more weight on a low renewal price than on a long money-back window
Who should look elsewhere
- Visitors far from Istanbul who want a nearer region, a case where Hosting.cl or Afrihost serve closer audiences
- Developers who deploy applications rather than buy shared hosting or domains, where Render fits the job instead
- Shoppers who want a free builder tier, since the Turhost site builder has no free plan and starts at $0.69
Intro and renewal prices
Shared hosting opens at $0.79 for an introductory term of 12, and renews at $2.19 once that term ends. Renewal costs more than the entry figure, so later years should be budgeted at the higher number. Plan capacity around the renewal rate rather than the entry rate, since that is the figure that keeps running.

Frequently asked questions
What does shared hosting cost at Turhost?+
Shared hosting starts at $0.79 for an introductory term of 12. After that term ends, the same plan renews at $2.19, which is the figure to budget on for later years. The entry rate only applies while the opening term lasts.
What does a .com domain cost?+
A .com registration is $2.90 in the opening year and $19.99 at renewal, with transfers priced at $9.99. Free WHOIS privacy comes with the registration, so registrant details stay hidden without a separate add-on purchase.
Which kinds of hosting can I buy?+
The range covers Linux/cPanel web hosting, Windows hosting and WordPress hosting. A small site can start on Linux/cPanel web hosting, then move to WordPress or e-commerce hosting as traffic grows, with business and reseller plans in between. Windows hosting covers applications that need it.
Is there a free plan?+
There is no free plan on the site builder, so a site starts at $0.69 rather than at nothing. Paid shared hosting begins at $0.79, and the builder side offers 150 templates for a site builder.
How long is the money-back period?+
The money-back period is 15 days. That is shorter than the 30 days seen across this site, so the decision window here is tighter. Check the terms before ordering if you want longer to test a plan.
Where are Turhost servers, and who runs it?+
Hosting data centres are listed as Istanbul. The company is based in Turkey and has traded since 2004 as Çizgi Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., so contracts sit with a named legal entity. Visitors far from that region may see slower load times than a nearer host would give.
What is included with shared hosting?+
Shared plans list free ssl, backups and email as standard, alongside an uptime guarantee of 99.9%. The number of websites you can run runs 1 to unlimited, depending on the plan you pick, so a growing site can move up without changing providers.
How do I reach support?+
Support runs on email, chat and phone, so email, chat, phone and a help centre are all listed for Turhost customers. That covers most questions without an appointment, and the help centre is the first place to look for setup guides.
