Ukr.Host review

Hosting begins at UAH 36, the same figure listed as the starting price across the site, UAH 36. That entry point is lighter than the €13.15 median across the brands compared here. Higher plans cover more of the shared hosting, vps and email hosting range, and the store plan is listed at UAH 96.

There is no free plan, so the free trial model is the way in: a 7 day free trial on paid hosting. A .com registered for UAH 861 covers the first year without taking a hosting commitment, and support runs on email, chat and phone during it.

A .com runs UAH 861 in the first year and UAH 896 at renewal, and an existing .com transfers in for UAH 861. The gap between the first year and renewal is worth budgeting for, since the register lists 435 extensions overall.

435 extensions are available alongside hosting, so a country or niche name does not mean a second provider. Hosting, email, domains and the online store all sit in the same account under shared hosting, vps and email hosting.

The listed data centre is Odessa, Ukraine, and the company is registered in Ukraine. For readers serving audiences far from that region, the single listed location is the point to weigh before signing up, and it sits behind a 7 day trial.

Support runs on email, chat and phone, so live chat, phone and email sit alongside a self service help centre. The same account also carries hosting and domain management, and each plan allows 1 to unlimited per plan.

beginners and small business are the stated audiences, which fits both a first site and a growing shop. The builder covers site and store, and each plan allows 1 to unlimited per plan, so extra sites do not need a second provider.

free ssl, backups and email are listed with the hosting plans, covering the security and mail basics a small site runs on. Domain registration and the online store sit in the wider shared hosting, vps and email hosting range, with the store plan at UAH 96.
