What is Legal entity?

In short

A legal entity is the registered company that signs your contract.

A legal entity is the registered company named on an invoice or in the terms, and it is the party you actually sign with, not always the brand on the logo. Knowing it helps a small business check tax details and who is responsible for your data. The registered names do not always match the brands: 1C trades as Firma "1C", 1C:BukhObsluzhivanie Kazakhstan as TOO InfoSoftProm, 1Office as 1Office Group OÜ and 1UZ as BePro Norma. Keep the registered name with your contract papers in case a billing question comes up.
