What is State fee included?

In short

A state fee is the government charge for registering a company, and whether a formation package absorbs it changes the real first-year cost.

A state fee is the charge a government registry levies to process a company registration. It is separate from the provider's service fee, and it rarely changes between providers, so a package that folds it in tells you less about its own quality than about how clearly it lists costs. ANNA Money and 1Window include it. Active Filings, Air Corporate and Armenia Center do not, which means the registry payment is on top of the quoted package price. Compare the total you actually pay in the first year, not the headline.
