Who it suits
- Moroccan businesses and freelancers who want servers in Casablanca and El Jadida
- Shop owners running WordPress, WooCommerce or PrestaShop stores
- Site builders who will need cloud VPS, dedicated servers or high availability later
Who should look elsewhere
- Teams that need live chat, since support is phone and help centre
- Anyone budgeting in euros or dollars, as pricing sits in Moroccan dirhams
- Buyers who need free WHOIS privacy or a stated free plan on record
Intro and renewal prices
The entry price is MAD 24 for a first term of 12, and the same plan renews at MAD 35.17, so the gap between signing up and paying again is small. That pattern is friendlier than the typical intro discount that doubles at renewal. Other tiers in shared hosting, shared hosting located in morocco and cloud vps cover cloud VPS, dedicated servers, WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal, e-commerce, custom builds, high availability and managed services, so the entry plan is a way in rather than a dead end.

Frequently asked questions
What does hosting cost at the start and at renewal?+
The entry plan is priced at MAD 24 for a first term of 12, then renews at MAD 35.17. Because the two figures sit close together, the total cost of a year is easy to plan for. Higher tiers exist across shared hosting, shared hosting located in morocco and cloud vps.
How many websites can I run on a shared plan?+
Counted per shared plan, 1-3 per shared plan, unlimited on VPS Cloud. So a low shared plan covers a single site, while VPS Cloud removes the cap. The dedicated and managed options in shared hosting, shared hosting located in morocco and cloud vps suit larger setups.
Where are the servers located?+
The stated data centres are Casablanca, El Jadida and Europe. That puts infrastructure inside Morocco as well as Europe and North America, which helps local pages load quickly for Moroccan visitors. The company is registered in Morocco as ADK Media SARL.
What is included with the plans?+
The listed included features are free ssl, backups and email. SSL, backups and email are the baseline, and the uptime commitment on the high availability hosting is 99.99%. Platform specific plans cover WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Joomla and Drupal.
How long is the money-back period?+
The money-back period is 30, which is the median of 30 across the brands we track. It is one of the more common terms in the market, where the range runs 0 to 180 days.
Who is ADK Media built for?+
The stated audiences are beginners, small business and enterprise, so first-time site builders and small businesses sit alongside larger organisations. Beginners and small shops are the clearest fits, and the hosting catalogue in shared hosting, shared hosting located in morocco and cloud vps gives each of them a starting tier.
How does the price compare with the market?+
Against the brands we track, the typical entry price median is €2.99 and the renewal median is €5.99. ADK Media sits inside the €6.93 to €29 band for starting prices, so it reads as a mid-range provider rather than a budget outlier.
How do I get help if something breaks?+
Support runs on phone and help centre, so a phone line and a help centre are the listed routes. There is no live chat on record, which matters if you prefer typing. The company has been operating since 2001.
