Frequently asked questions
What does Antagonist charge when you first sign up?+
Intro fees run €5.55 to €19.99 for the first 12. That range sits around the site median intro price of €2.99, so Antagonist is a mid priced entry rather than a budget one.
What do the plans cost once the intro term ends?+
Renewal fees run €9.99 to €29.99, which is above the site renewal median of €5.99. The brand ranks 131 of 179 on renewal price, so budget for the higher figure from the second term.
How many websites can one plan hold?+
Plan limits are 1 (Slim) to 40 (Pro XXXL) websites per plan. A small site sits at the lower end of that range, and the widest allowance comes on the top plan.
How long is the money back period?+
Antagonist offers 30 days, the same as the site median of 30. The brand ranks 35 of 275 on that measure.
What comes included with hosting?+
Included features cover free ssl, backups and email. Those are part of the listed plans, so a certificate, backups and email come with the package rather than as extras.
Where are the servers and the company based?+
The company is registered in the Netherlands and was founded in 2004, with data centres in Europe. Hosting types on offer include shared webhosting (container hosting), managed hosting and WordPress hosting.
What support can you reach?+
Support is offered through email, chat and help centre. Phone support is not listed, so live help runs through chat and email with a help centre for reference material.
How much downtime is promised?+
The uptime guarantee is 99.9%. That sits alongside a 30 day money back period and a help centre for troubleshooting.
