Frequently asked questions
How much does Biznet Gio hosting cost at the start?+
The entry plan is priced at IDR 15,000. That is below Hosting.cl at CLP 159,900 and Host Chile at CLP 1,491.67, so buyers on a tight budget will find the opening tier approachable. Higher tiers cover the rest of shared hosting, wordpress hosting and business hosting.
What comes with the entry hosting plan?+
Free SSL, backups and email sit in the starting package through free ssl, backups and email. Hosted domain limits differ by tier, with the Small plan allowing a set number of sites and Medium, Large and Extra removing the cap. That makes the first plan workable for a single small site.
Which kinds of hosting does Biznet Gio sell?+
The range in shared hosting, wordpress hosting and business hosting runs from shared and WordPress hosting to business, dedicated, VPS, Windows VPS, bare metal, cloud and enterprise cloud. A small business can stay on shared hosting and move up the same catalogue as traffic grows.
Where are Biznet Gio's servers located?+
Data centres are in Indonesia, and the company lists PT Biznet Gio Nusantara as its legal entity. Visitors mainly in Indonesia will see the closest benefit, while distant audiences may notice more latency.
How can I reach Biznet Gio support?+
Help runs on email, chat and help centre, so questions can go by email or live chat, with a help centre for self-service. No voice channel appears in the listed options, which matters for outage response.
What uptime does Biznet Gio promise?+
The published guarantee is 99.9%, stated in the legal terms. Buyers who need a firmer service level agreement in writing should read that document before committing to a longer term.
Is Biznet Gio aimed at beginners or large companies?+
The stated audience in beginners, small business and enterprise covers beginners, small businesses and enterprise buyers. Most readers will start on the cheaper shared tiers from shared hosting, wordpress hosting and business hosting and move to cloud or bare metal only when load demands it.
