Frequently asked questions
What does the entry plan cost, and what happens at renewal?+
The entry plan is priced at €1.97 and the same plan renews at €2.19. That gap between the two figures is the number to plan around, and the site's typical renewal runs at €5.99. CityHost.ua also sells VPS and dedicated plans, so these figures apply only to the cheapest tier.
Is there a free trial to try a plan?+
CityHost.ua offers a free trial, so a plan can be tested before a long commitment (free trial). A trial is separate from the 30 money-back period, which applies after payment. Support over email, chat and phone is available while you decide, and free ssl, backups and email are listed with the plans.
What if I want my money back?+
There is a 30 money-back period, which matches the typical window on the site (30). It applies alongside the free trial (free trial), so there is an exit before and after you pay. Plans come in shared hosting, VPS and dedicated server forms (shared hosting, VPS / VDS and dedicated servers).
What do the plans include?+
Free SSL, backups and email sit with the plans as listed features (free ssl, backups and email). Hosting types run from shared hosting through VPS and dedicated servers (shared hosting, VPS / VDS and dedicated servers), so a small site or a dedicated box can be served from the same provider. An uptime guarantee of 99.9% is stated.
How many sites can a plan host?+
Websites are unlimited on Unlim tariffs, and other tariffs carry their own limits. The provider's audience is beginners and small businesses (beginners and small business), which fits plans that start small and grow. Shared hosting, VPS and dedicated servers are all available (shared hosting, VPS / VDS and dedicated servers).
Where do the servers run, and how long has the provider been trading?+
Data centres run in Ukraine, Germany and Netherlands. The company was founded in 2005 and trades as LLC CITYHOST, headquartered in Ukraine. A 99.9% uptime guarantee is stated, and support is available over email, chat and phone.
What does a .com domain cost?+
A .com is €11.19 for the first year, €13.54 at renewal and €10.16 to transfer in. The site's typical first-year figure is €11.61, so the entry price is competitive while the renewal sits above that median. The provider sells to beginners and small businesses (beginners and small business).
How do I reach support?+
Support runs over email, chat and phone, covering both live channels and a help centre. The provider is aimed at beginners and small businesses (beginners and small business), and a free trial (free trial) lets you get help before paying. The legal entity behind the service is LLC CITYHOST.
