Pros and cons
Pros
- A single account covers the range in cloud VPS (virtual servers), Windows Cloud VPS and dedicated servers, from virtual servers through colocation, storage and custom infrastructure builds.
- Support runs on email, chat and phone, so phone and chat sit alongside email.
- Managed Kubernetes and managed Proxmox VE cloud sit in cloud VPS (virtual servers), Windows Cloud VPS and dedicated servers, so infrastructure can run without in-house admin.
- Delta Cloud OOD has operated the service since 2009, and the money-back window of 14 days gives some room to change your mind.
Cons
- The service level agreement promises 99.9% uptime, a modest floor for buyers who treat the guarantee as a main selling point.
- The money-back window of 14 days is shorter than the site median of 30, which leaves less room to test before a larger commitment.
- Every service in Sofia runs from a single location, which limits options for latency sensitive workloads serving distant regions.
Who it suits
- Small businesses and enterprises, the audience in small business and enterprise, that need infrastructure beyond a simple website.
- Teams wanting virtual servers, storage and management under a single supplier, drawn from cloud VPS (virtual servers), Windows Cloud VPS and dedicated servers.
- Buyers in and around Bulgaria, close to Sofia, who want phone and chat help through email, chat and phone.
Who should look elsewhere
- Cost first buyers after a free tier: Render's entry price of $0 sits well under €6.63.
- Shoppers comparing in other currencies: Hosting.cl lists CLP 159,900 and Afrihost ZAR 84, so entry prices are not directly comparable without a conversion.
What it does well
Delta.BG's catalogue is broader than a typical hosting list. cloud VPS (virtual servers), Windows Cloud VPS and dedicated servers covers everything from cloud virtual servers and Windows Cloud VPS to dedicated servers, colocation, block and object storage, managed Kubernetes, VPNaaS and DDoS protection, with system administration and custom builds on top. Backups sit in the included features, and the infrastructure runs from Sofia.
Plans and pricing
Pricing is published as an introductory rate. The entry plan price is €6.63, and that figure holds for an introductory term of 12 months. Read it as the cost of the opening stretch rather than the standing rate, and price the rest of the term before you commit to a virtual server or a colocation contract.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Delta.BG cost to start?+
The entry plan price is €6.63, and it holds for an introductory term of 12 months. Treat that as the cost of the opening stretch rather than the standing rate. The site median for entry pricing sits at €2.99.
What can I run on it?+
The catalogue in cloud VPS (virtual servers), Windows Cloud VPS and dedicated servers spans cloud virtual servers, Windows Cloud VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, block and object storage, managed Kubernetes, VPNaaS and DDoS protection, plus system administration and custom infrastructure builds. That breadth suits teams that would rather not juggle suppliers.
Where are the servers?+
Everything listed under Sofia points to a single location in Bulgaria, which keeps latency low for nearby visitors. Buyers serving distant regions should weigh that distance, since no second site is listed to pair it with.
How long is the money-back period?+
Refunds run for 14, shorter than the site median of 30. A shorter window matters most before a large commitment, so a small virtual server is the sensible place to start.
What uptime is promised?+
The service level agreement sets an uptime guarantee of 99.9%. That is the contractual floor for covered services, so teams with revenue critical workloads should read the agreement and add their own redundancy rather than lean on the guarantee alone.
How do I get help?+
Support runs on email, chat and phone, so email, chat and phone are all available. Infrastructure work such as migrations or custom builds is listed in cloud VPS (virtual servers), Windows Cloud VPS and dedicated servers, and chat or phone suits those requests better than email.
Who is Delta.BG for?+
The stated audience is small business and enterprise, so the range targets organisations with real infrastructure to run. It fits teams wanting virtual servers, storage and management under a single supplier, and suits buyers based near Bulgaria.
