DreamWeb Hosting review

Shared hosting starts at RSD 355 on the shared SSD range, and the renewal price is listed at the same RSD 355. That makes budgeting easier, since the renewal term does not cost more than the first one. Plans run from Lite up to Supreme, each with its own site allowance.

The range covers shared hosting, premium hosting and reseller hosting, so a small business site, a resold account, a parking or DNS only setup, a VPS and a dedicated machine can all be ordered from one provider. The free ssl, backups and email are bundled rather than sold separately, which suits owners who do not want to mix hosts.

Every plan bundles free ssl, backups and email, so an SSL certificate, backups and email hosting are part of the package rather than separate purchases. The audience is small business, and the shared range is offered in Lite, Pro, Ultimo and Supreme tiers, each with its own allowance of sites and domains under one account.

The refund period is 14, set out in the terms and conditions. That is shorter than the 30 median reported across ranked web hosting brands, so a cautious buyer should try a plan on a non-critical project first. Renewal is charged at RSD 355.

The stated commitment is 99.9% uptime across the plans, published in the terms and conditions alongside the money-back window of 14 days. That is the figure to hold the provider to, and it applies across the plans rather than to a single tier.

Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so a caller, an email or the help centre can be used depending on the issue. There is no live chat in that list, which for some buyers means ticket queues during busy hours. Businesses with urgent outages may want to confirm response times before they commit to a plan.

The provider is Dream Technologies Group d.o.o., headquartered in Serbia and trading since 2005. That length of trading matters for a small business, since a long operating record usually outlasts the churn that hits newer hosts. Check the entity name on your invoice, because the brand name and the legal name differ.

The figures are quoted in the local currency, so ZAR 84 at Afrihost and CLP 159,900 at Hosting.cl need converting before any direct comparison. Render lists $0 as its entry point, which suits app deployments rather than shared hosting. Weigh the renewal figure here, not just the entry one.
