Our verdict
GlobexCamHost suits beginners and small businesses that want a single US host covering shared plans, private email hosting, VPS and colocation from the same account rather than separate vendors. Entry price is $2.50, and every order carries a 30 money-back window if the plan does not suit.

Pros and cons
Pros
- A 30 money-back period matches the site median of 30.
- Support runs on email, chat and phone, with phone available alongside chat and email.
- Hosting types span shared hosting, cloud hosting and VPS, covering shared, cloud, VPS, reseller and email needs.
- The service-level agreement promises 99.9% uptime.
Cons
- Renewal price of $7 sits well above the $2.50 entry price, so the low headline lasts only for the opening term.
- Servers sit in Secaucus, NJ (US east coast), Secaucus, NJ (Equinix NY4) and Los Angeles, CA (US west coast), so there is no origin outside the US for distant visitors.
- Included features cover free ssl, backups and cdn, and staging is not among them.
Who it suits
- Beginners and small businesses, the audience listed in beginners and small business.
- Teams that want hosting and business email on the same account, given shared hosting, cloud hosting and VPS.
- Reseller and Windows projects, both covered in shared hosting, cloud hosting and VPS.
Who should look elsewhere
- Sites that need an origin outside the US, since servers run in Secaucus, NJ (US east coast), Secaucus, NJ (Equinix NY4) and Los Angeles, CA (US west coast), so compare Hosting.cl for another region.
- Buyers who weigh price in their own currency: Afrihost lists ZAR 84 while the entry price here is $2.50.
- Long-term buyers who budget from the entry price of $2.50, since renewals run $7 and Host Chile lists CLP 1,491.67 as its own reference.

Frequently asked questions
What does GlobexCamHost cost to get started?+
Entry price is $2.50 for the cheapest shared plan, below the site median of €2.99 for introductory pricing. That figure applies to the opening term only, and renewals are set separately at $7.
What happens to the price at renewal?+
The plan renews at $7, well above the $2.50 entry price. That gap is the main thing to weigh before signing up, since the low figure is an opening rate rather than the ongoing one. The site median for renewals is €5.99.
Is there a money-back period?+
Yes, a 30 money-back window, matching the site median of 30. That sits in the middle of the field, since some listings stretch as long as 180. You can test the plan before deciding to keep it.
What kinds of hosting are sold?+
The range covers shared hosting, cloud hosting and VPS, so shared, cloud, VPS, reseller, Windows and email projects all sit on the same brand. cPanel and Windows hosting are both offered for projects that need them.
What comes with the plans?+
Standard inclusions cover free ssl, backups and cdn, so SSL, backups, a CDN and email are part of the package rather than paid extras. For context, 93.8% of the hosting listings include backups and 88.9% include email.
How do I reach support?+
Support runs on email, chat and phone, so phone, chat and email are all on the table. For comparison, 83.3% of the hosting listings offer phone too and 86.2% include a help centre. Worth asking whether help desk hours match your working day.
Where are the servers located?+
Data centres sit in Secaucus, NJ (US east coast), Secaucus, NJ (Equinix NY4) and Los Angeles, CA (US west coast). Both US coasts are covered, which suits North American traffic, though visitors outside the US are served from further away. The company itself is headquartered in the United States.
What uptime does GlobexCamHost promise?+
The service-level agreement commits to 99.9% uptime. If something does go down, support answers on email, chat and phone, and the 30 money-back window gives room to judge the result before deciding to stay.
Who is this host aimed at?+
The stated audience is beginners and small business, and the product line matches that: shared, cloud, VPS and reseller plans sit next to private email hosting for businesses that want their mail on the same account as their sites.
