Frequently asked questions
What does Hodi Congo cost to start with?+
Hodi Congo lists entry pricing of €9.90 to €149.90 for its web hosting plans. That sits above the site median of €2.99 and the web hosting median of €2.95, placing the brand around 236 of 282 brands compared on entry price. Buyers on a tight budget will find cheaper starting points.
What kinds of hosting does Hodi Congo sell?+
The range is broad: shared web hosting, PaaS / cPanel hosting and managed VPS. A small business can start on shared web hosting and move to VPS or Odoo cloud hosting without changing provider, with managed cybersecurity services available alongside. Buyers who only need a simple static page may find the range broader than they need.
How do I reach Hodi Congo support?+
Support runs on email, chat and phone, so the channel can match the problem. Email and chat suit written questions with a record, phone suits urgent outages, and the help centre covers everyday setup issues. The service is operated by Hodi SAS, based in Reunion.
What comes with the plans?+
Included extras cover free ssl, backups and staging. Domain counts are limited to 1-50 domains per plan (max 50 on Archipel), which is the figure worth checking first for a multi-site portfolio. Backups and a staging area make routine changes safer, and email keeps business addresses on the same account.
Where does Hodi Congo run its servers?+
Infrastructure spans South Africa, Algeria and Angola, so visitors across Africa are served from nearby locations, and the list reaches into the Indian Ocean and the Caribbean. Buyers with one audience outside that spread should check latency from the nearest location before committing to a plan.
Who is Hodi Congo aimed at?+
The stated audience is small business and enterprise. Shared web hosting, cPanel and managed VPS cover the smaller end, while managed cybersecurity services and Odoo cloud hosting suit larger operations. Buyers who only need a static page or a personal blog will find more choice than they need.
What uptime does Hodi Congo commit to?+
The stated uptime guarantee runs 99.95% to 99.99%, so plans carry a defined target rather than a vague promise, and the exact level depends on the tier chosen. Buyers running stores or booking pages can weigh that published figure against the plan they need.
Who runs Hodi Congo?+
The provider is Hodi SAS, registered in Reunion. Hosting, support and managed cybersecurity all sit with the same operator, which keeps one point of accountability for small businesses that prefer a single vendor for a website and its security.
