Our verdict
Hostinkos suits small businesses that want hosting, email and domains on one bill that stays flat, since entry and renewal both sit at €7.49, with free ssl, backups and email as standard. The trade-offs are a 14 money-back window, below the 30 site median, and servers in Germany only.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Renewal matches entry at €7.49, so nothing jumps when the first term ends, and the range covers shared hosting, premium hosting and reseller hosting for sites that outgrow shared plans
- free ssl, backups and email are standard on the plans rather than sold as add-ons, and support reaches email, chat and phone for owners who want someone on the line
- Domains are affordable to hold: a .com runs €10.49 in the first year, €15 at renewal and €12.49 to bring in, with from 250 endings offered
Cons
- A 14 money-back window is short next to the 30 site median, so a poor fit is harder to unwind
- Servers sit in Germany only, so visitors elsewhere pay for the distance in page load time
- Entry of €7.49 sits above the €2.99 site median and ranks 224 of 282 brands on price, so it is not among the cheapest listed
Who it suits
- Small businesses, the stated small business audience, who want hosting, business email and a domain from a single provider
- Site owners who put a flat renewal at €7.49 above a cheap first term, and who want support to include phone and chat
- Visitors in and near Germany who want their sites hosted close by, since servers sit in Germany
Who should look elsewhere
- Developers who would rather deploy code than manage a hosting plan should check Render, whose entry price is $0
- Shoppers who only compare entry fees may end up at Hosting.cl, listed at CLP 159,900, so check the currency before choosing
- Visitors who need hosting closer to their own region than Germany allows may prefer another provider, such as Afrihost at ZAR 84

Frequently asked questions
What does Hostinkos cost at the start, and what happens at renewal?+
Entry pricing is €7.49 and renewal is €7.49, the same figure, so the bill does not jump after the first term. Domains follow a similar path: €10.49 for a .com in the first year, then €15 at renewal, with transfers at €12.49.
What does a Hostinkos plan include?+
Standard extras cover free ssl, backups and email, so SSL, backups and email do not need separate purchases. The catalogue spans shared hosting, premium hosting and reseller hosting, which lets a site move up a tier under one account, and business email arrives with the hosting rather than as a second subscription.
How long do I have to change my mind?+
The refund policy gives 14 for a money-back claim, which is shorter than the 30 day median across the site. On a longer commitment that leaves little room for testing, so decide early and keep your own copies of site data.
How do I reach support?+
Support runs on email, chat and phone, so a phone call or live chat is possible as well as email, and a help centre covers routine questions on your own. That mix suits owners who cannot wait on a ticket queue during working hours.
How many websites can one account run?+
Limits differ by plan: Pro and Business cover a full domain, Business Plus covers more, and subdomains can be added as needed. Several separate sites may mean a different plan or an extra account, and the wider range runs across shared hosting, premium hosting and reseller hosting.
Where are the servers, and where is the company based?+
Servers sit in Germany, while the legal entity is Hostinkos, registered in Kosovo. A single data centre region keeps responses short for nearby visitors and keeps support simple, but visitors further away see slower load times.
How established is the provider?+
Hostinkos was founded in 2018 and its terms promise 99.9% uptime. The track record is shorter than that of older hosts, so weigh the guarantee alongside the 14 money-back window before committing a business site.
Can I move from shared hosting to something larger?+
The product list covers shared hosting, premium hosting and reseller hosting, so a site can start on shared or premium hosting and later move to reseller hosting, VPS or dedicated servers with the same provider. Website limits apply per plan, with subdomains available as needed.
