Frequently asked questions
How much does Hoston.am cost at entry and at renewal?+
Entry pricing starts at AMD 990, and the same plan renews at AMD 1,500. Treat the first figure as the introductory rate and budget the renewal figure for later years, since it is the higher of the two.
What kinds of hosting does Hoston.am sell?+
The catalog covers shared hosting, cms hosting and vip hosting. That range lets a small site start on shared or CMS hosting and move up to VIP hosting, VPS or dedicated servers under one roof.
How many websites can I run on a plan?+
Plans allow 1-10 per plan, so a small business can hold several domains on one account. Very large portfolios would need a VPS or dedicated server instead.
What is included with a Hoston.am plan?+
Standard features include free ssl, backups and email. That covers certificates and data protection basics alongside mail, so a new site can go live without separate add-ons for SSL or backup storage.
How does Hoston.am support customers?+
Support is available through email, phone and help centre. Email suits routine questions, phone covers urgent issues, and the help centre handles self-service lookups.
What uptime does Hoston.am promise?+
The service carries a 99.9% uptime guarantee. That is the level to hold the provider to if a shop front depends on the site staying reachable.
Who is Hoston.am aimed at?+
The stated audience is small business, which suits shops and companies running a handful of sites rather than large enterprise estates. A free plan is also offered, so small projects can test the service first.
Is there a free plan with Hoston.am?+
Yes, a free plan is offered, so a trial site can be run at no cost. Paid tiers then add the VPS, dedicated and builder options listed in the catalog.
