Pros and cons
Pros
- Hosting starts at RUB 60, below the entry price listed for Hosting.cl at CLP 159,900 and for Host Chile at CLP 1,491.67.
- A .com costs RUB 2,600 for the first year, and the domain list covers 13 endings.
- Shared plans bundle free ssl, backups and email without a separate order.
- Hosting allows Unlimited websites on an account, so extra sites do not need another plan.
Cons
- Data centre coverage is limited to Amsterdam (Netherlands), Helsinki (Finland) and Moscow (Russia).
- shared PHP web hosting (ispmanager), shared web hosting (cPanel) and backup FTP hosting shows two shared panels side by side, ispmanager and cPanel, so teams used to a single panel have to learn the other.
- The stated audience is small business, so buyers shopping for a larger managed setup sit outside the focus.
Who it suits
- Small businesses that want hosting, email and a .com from a single provider.
- Anyone who needs PHP hosting with a control panel rather than a rented server.
- Buyers who like having support by phone or chat, since support runs on email, phone and chat.
Who should look elsewhere
- Buyers chasing the lowest entry price, since Afrihost lists ZAR 84 for shared hosting.
- People who want a server in a country outside Amsterdam (Netherlands), Helsinki (Finland) and Moscow (Russia).
- Shoppers who prefer a local bill, since Hosting.cl lists CLP 159,900 and Host Chile CLP 1,491.67.

Frequently asked questions
What does shared hosting cost at the entry price?+
Shared PHP hosting starts at RUB 60, and the range above it runs through VPS and VDS virtual servers, dedicated servers and colocation, all listed in shared PHP web hosting (ispmanager), shared web hosting (cPanel) and backup FTP hosting. Every shared plan bundles free ssl, backups and email, so certificates, backups and email are in the base price.
How much is a .com for the first year?+
A .com costs RUB 2,600 for the first year. Ihor lists 13 endings in total, and a different suffix will carry a different figure. Domains and hosting sit with the same provider, so a .com and a plan can be picked up together.
What kinds of hosting can I buy?+
The range runs from shared plans to full servers: shared PHP web hosting (ispmanager), shared web hosting (cPanel) and backup FTP hosting. Shared hosting comes in ispmanager and cPanel flavours, while VPS and VDS virtual servers, dedicated servers and colocation sit above them for larger sites.
How can I reach support?+
Support runs on email, phone and chat, so you can pick email, phone or live chat, or browse the help centre first. Phone and chat suit quick questions about a live site, while email and the help centre suit anything you want to think over.
Where are the servers located?+
The listed data centres are Amsterdam (Netherlands), Helsinki (Finland) and Moscow (Russia). That mix covers Western Europe and Russia, so if you need a particular country you can check the list before ordering. Location matters most for speed and for any data residency rules you have to meet.
What comes with a plan?+
The feature list on the shared PHP line reads free ssl, backups and email. That means certificates, backups and email are covered without a separate order. The list is tied to the shared products, so buyers on VPS or dedicated servers should read the plan page for their own line.
How many websites can one account hold?+
Hosting allows Unlimited websites on an account, so a second or a new campaign site does not need another plan. Domains and hosting come from the same provider, and 13 endings are available to match.
Who is behind the service?+
The service is run by IHOR HOSTING LTD, registered in the United Kingdom, and in operation since 2006. The stated audience is small business, which matches the small business focus of the shared plans and the entry pricing.
