Our verdict

Interweb Mozambique suits small Mozambican businesses and beginners who want a local account with hosting in Frankfurt, Germany. The entry plan costs MZN 900 and renews at the same MZN 900, so nothing changes when the first term ends.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • The entry price does not rise at renewal: MZN 900 at signup, MZN 900 after
  • Hosting runs from Frankfurt, Germany, so local buyers get European infrastructure
  • Support covers email, chat and phone, including phone and chat
  • One account covers shared hosting, WordPress hosting and reseller hosting, from shared to dedicated and streaming servers

Cons

  • The entry plan is limited: 1 site on the entry plan, unlimited on higher plans
  • The money-back period is 15, well below the 30 typical on the site
  • The company is young, founded in 2020, so it has a short track record

Who it suits

  • Small businesses in Mozambique billing in local currency
  • Beginners who want a local provider with phone support
  • Anyone needing streaming or dedicated servers alongside shared hosting

Who should look elsewhere

  • Shoppers wanting the longest refund window, where the typical offer is 30
  • Buyers after a free tier, since the entry plan is a paid one at MZN 900

Plans and pricing

The entry plan lists MZN 900 to join and MZN 900 to renew, so the figure you start on is the figure you keep paying. Both are quoted in Mozambican currency, which suits local businesses budgeting in meticais. The plan itself is modest: 1 site on the entry plan, unlimited on higher plans, so a second site means moving up a tier.

What it does well

One account covers shared hosting, WordPress hosting and reseller hosting, so a shared plan can grow into VPS, cloud or dedicated servers without a change of provider. Included on the plans are free ssl, backups and cdn, covering certificates, backups, delivery and mail. Servers sit in Frankfurt, Germany, and help is available over email, chat and phone.

How Interweb Mozambique compares

Frequently asked questions

What does the entry plan cost?+

The entry plan is priced at MZN 900. It is a paid plan rather than a free one, and it carries the basics most small sites need without add-on fees at signup.

Does the price go up at renewal?+

No. The renewal price is MZN 900, the same figure as the MZN 900 entry price. Nothing changes when the first term ends, which is rare enough to check before you commit.

How long do I have to change my mind?+

The money-back period is 15. That is shorter than the 30 typical across the site, so test the plan carefully inside that window.

Where are the servers?+

Servers run in Frankfurt, Germany. Buyers in Mozambique are served from European infrastructure, with no local data centre listed.

What can I host?+

The range covers shared hosting, WordPress hosting and reseller hosting, spanning shared plans through WordPress, reseller, VPS, cloud, dedicated and streaming servers. One account can carry a small site or a streaming setup.

How do I contact support?+

Support runs over email, chat and phone, so you can reach the team by email, live chat, phone or through the help centre. Phone and chat matter most forMozambican business hours.

How many sites can I run?+

The entry plan allows 1 site on the entry plan, unlimited on higher plans. If you need more, a higher tier removes the limit.

What is included in the price?+

Plans bundle free ssl, backups and cdn, meaning SSL certificates, backups, a CDN and email are part of the package rather than paid extras. The company operates as RLX Holdings, S.A. and was founded in 2020.
