Pros and cons
Pros
- Included extras cover free SSL, backups, a CDN and email, as free ssl, backups and cdn lists.
- Support runs on chat, email and phone, so phone and chat sit alongside email.
- A free trial (free trial) lets you test a plan before paying for it.
Cons
- Renewal is the real cost: €4.58 on renewal against €2.29 at entry.
- The money-back window of 7 days to 15 is shorter than the 30 site median.
- Servers sit only in Italy, which suits nearby traffic better than distant visitors.
Who it suits
- Beginners and small businesses, the audiences beginners and small business names.
- Owners who want to test a plan first, since free trial is offered.
- Sites that outgrow shared space, as shared Linux hosting, Windows hosting and cloud hosting also covers VPS and dedicated servers.
Who should look elsewhere
- Shoppers who want a longer refund window than 7 to 15, since the 30 site median runs longer.
- Visitors who need servers outside Italy.

Frequently asked questions
How much does hosting cost when I sign up?+
Keliweb's entry shared Linux hosting plan is priced at €2.29 for a term of 12. That sits under the site median entry price of €2.99, so the opening invoice stays modest. The figure to remember is the renewal price that follows.
What happens to the price at renewal?+
The price paid after the opening term is €4.58, and that is the figure the renewal quote is built on. The site median renewal price is €5.99, so Keliweb stays below the middle of the market yet still costs more than its entry price of €2.29. Plan for the higher figure if the service stays.
How many websites can one plan hold?+
The entry hosting plan allows 10. That fits a small business running a main site plus a few campaign pages, or a developer holding client sites. Needing more room, the wider plan list in shared Linux hosting, Windows hosting and cloud hosting includes cloud, VPS and dedicated options at higher tiers.
Can I get a refund if the plan is not right?+
Keliweb offers a money-back period of 7 days to 15, as set out in its terms. The site median money-back window is 30, so this one is shorter than the promise seen elsewhere. Anyone who wants longer to change their mind should weigh that before paying.
Can I try hosting before paying?+
Yes: the model listed for Keliweb is free trial, so a plan can be opened and judged before money changes hands. That is useful for checking speed, email delivery and control panel fit. Combined with the 7 to 15 refund window, it gives some room to decide.
Where are the servers, and where is the company based?+
Servers sit in Italy, so visitors nearest that country get the shortest route to the network. The company is registered in Italy as Keliweb s.r.l. and the contact details list the same country. Visitors far from there will see longer distances to the servers.
How do I reach support if something breaks?+
Support runs on chat, email and phone. Phone, chat and email are all listed, alongside a help centre for questions that can be answered without an agent. For a small business owner, phone and chat matter most during setup and whenever a site stops loading.
How reliable is the service?+
Keliweb states an uptime guarantee of 99.99% and has traded since 2009. The company sits in IT with servers in Italy, so the promise and the network location are both stated plainly. The uptime figure is the firm commitment to hold it to.
