Lingoda review

Plans start at €129.99. That sits above the €16.66 median entry price across the group, and well above Qonto at €9 and Accountable at €9.90. Worth weighing carefully before you commit.

There is no free plan. Access comes through a free trial of 7 days instead, and paid plans start at €129.99. The trial is the only route to the courses without paying first.

The free trial runs 7 days, and free trial is the model listed in free trial. The median free trial length across the brands ranked here is 14, so this one is shorter than the middle of the field.

iOS is the platform listed in ios, so a phone is the main route in. Anyone on another handset or a desktop has no listed app to switch to, and the help centre on help centre is the only support route given.

Support runs on help centre, a help centre, so answers are self-serve. There is no live channel listed alongside it, which suits learners comfortable working through documentation rather than waiting on a reply from a person.

Qonto starts at €9 and Billy at DKK 160, both below the €129.99 entry point here. On cost alone the field is cheaper, so Lingoda has to earn its place on the course side rather than on the invoice.

On entry price it sits in the higher part of the field, at 185 out of 200 brands compared. The €16.66 median for the accounting software group sits below the €129.99 starting price. The trial keeps a first look free.

It suits independent learners who want to judge a paid language course before paying, using the 7 day trial and the iOS app in ios. It suits learners less well who want a free tier to keep, or who need a second screen, since the listed platforms do not cover one.
