Core features
MozOut covers the full server ladder: shared web hosting (Linux and Windows), business hosting and WordPress hosting. Site limits run 1 to Unlimited, so a single site and larger portfolios fit the same range. Listed features are free ssl, backups and cdn, which covers certificates, backups, delivery and mail. Hosting sits in Frankfurt, Germany, a single stated location, so pick a provider with more regions if your visitors are spread out.
The company behind it
MozOut is operated by RLX Holdings (Pty) Ltd., listed under terms and conditions, and its headquarters country is US. The company was founded in 2020, so it is a young operation rather than a long-established one. Support runs on email, chat and phone, giving you phone and chat alongside email and a help centre.

Frequently asked questions
What does MozOut cost at the start and at renewal?+
MozOut lists an entry price of $10 and a renewal price of $10. Because the two match, the figure you see first is the figure you keep paying. That flat rate is the main reason to stay past the first billing period.
How long is the money-back period?+
MozOut offers a 15 money-back window. That is shorter than the 30 typical of the wider market, so test a plan quickly rather than treating it as a long trial. It still gives room to check speed and support.
What kinds of hosting can I buy from MozOut?+
The range covers shared web hosting (Linux and Windows), business hosting and WordPress hosting. You can start on shared hosting and move up to cloud or dedicated servers without leaving the provider. Reseller and streaming plans sit alongside business and WordPress hosting.
How many websites can a MozOut plan host?+
Site allowances run 1 to Unlimited across the range. A single site and an unlimited portfolio both fit inside the limits, so growth in page count is less of a problem than the plan tier you choose.
Which regions does MozOut run its servers in?+
The listed data centre location is Frankfurt, Germany. If your audience is far from there, latency can show up in page loads, and a provider with several regions may serve you better on speed.
How do I get help from MozOut?+
Support channels are email, chat and phone, so you can reach the team by phone or chat for urgent problems, or by email and the help centre for routine questions. The listed uptime commitment is 99.99%.
Who is MozOut built for?+
MozOut names beginners and small business as its target readers, which suits first-time site owners and small teams. The company is RLX Holdings (Pty) Ltd. in the United States, founded in 2020, so it is a younger provider to vet carefully.
What is included with a MozOut plan?+
The listed features are free ssl, backups and cdn. That covers secure connections, backups, content delivery and email on the same plan, which saves adding separate services for a small business site.
