Hosting starts at an introductory price of NPR 199 and the listed renewal price is NPR 199. The range covers shared hosting, cloud hosting and wordpress hosting. Check the pricing table for the entry figure that matches the hosting type you want, since the types sit at different points on the list.

Namence offers shared hosting, cloud hosting and wordpress hosting under one account. Shared and WordPress hosting suit small sites, while cloud, VPS and dedicated servers cover larger workloads. Domain registration is handled alongside hosting rather than as a separate purchase.

Yes. Namence publishes a money back period of 30 days on hosting plans. The period gives room to test speed and support quality before a longer commitment, and the guarantee is stated in the refund terms.

Namence lists data centres in Ashburn (US East), San Francisco (US West) and London (UK). Coverage spans the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, Brazil, India, South Africa and the UAE. There is no Nepal location on the list, so local visitors may sit further from the nearest server.

Every shared hosting plan allows Unlimited websites per plan. That suits small businesses running several properties under one account without a per-site charge. Backups and staging are among the listed features, alongside free SSL, CDN and email.

Support runs on email, chat and phone, so you can reach the team by email, chat or phone. The company is Namence Hosting Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Nepal and operating since 2013. Phone and chat cover the urgent cases.

The stated audience covers beginners and small business, which matches a straightforward shared hosting and domain setup. Support on email, chat and phone helps new users, and unlimited websites per plan removes a common upgrade trigger. Advanced users wanting only dedicated resources may prefer the VPS or dedicated tiers.

Namence states an uptime guarantee of 99.9% to 100%, which is the range it publishes in its service terms. That sits within the range most registrars in this comparison advertise. Check the service terms for how the guarantee is credited.
