Our verdict
Resumaker.ai suits beginners who want a resume tool they can try before paying, with a free plan and a 14 day trial, plus a modest entry price of $9. The catch is scope, since it covers ai writing and design rather than the wider suites rivals sell.

Pros and cons
Pros
- A free plan lets you work on a draft before spending anything, which is rare above the site median of €13.15.
- Entry pricing of $9 is under the €13.15 site median, so the paid tier starts low.
- The trial runs 14 days, matching the 14 site median for trial length.
- Scope spans ai writing and design, so writing and layout sit in the same product.
- Support runs on email and help centre, which covers the help centre and email.
Cons
- Pricing starts at $9, so there is no paid entry below what Wordtune charges from $13.99.
- Access on the free side is time boxed, Free access for 3-month and 6-month durations, so a free draft is not open ended.
- Support runs on email and help centre only, with no phone line for anyone who prefers to talk it through.
- The company is aimed at beginners, so a small team that needs seats and shared templates gets little from this shape.

Free plan and trial

A trial of 14 days also runs alongside it, which matches the 14 site median for trial length and sits above the 14 site figure. Worth knowing that free access is not permanent: Free access for 3-month and 6-month durations. Readers who want an open ended free tier will find the paid side waiting sooner or later.
Plans and pricing
