SuperHosting.RS review

Entry pricing on shared plans runs RSD 200 to RSD 475 for terms of 1 to 24. That sits under the site median of €13.15 for comparable plans. Longer terms usually carry the higher figure in that range.

Renewal fees run RSD 490 to RSD 1,740, which is a clear step up from the RSD 200 to RSD 475 entry price. The site median renewal figure is €5.99. Budget for the second and later years, not the headline.

The catalogue spans shared hosting, vps and domains, so shared hosting, VPS, domains and SSL certificates sit with the same company. That suits small sites that also need a domain. A single primary site plus parked domains comes with 1 primary plus 5, 15 or 30 parked domains depending on plan.

Plans carry a 30 day money back period, matching the site median of 30. It gives a short window to test a site and request a refund if it does not suit.

The provider publishes an uptime guarantee of 99.98% and lists Equinix as its data centre partner. It is based in Serbia, so support and billing are shaped for the Serbian market.

Support runs through email, chat and phone. That means a phone line as well as chat and email, plus a help centre. Phone and chat availability can depend on the hours shown on the contact page.

Included items are free ssl, backups and email, so a free SSL certificate, backups and email come as standard. That covers the basics for a small business site without extra add-ons.

A .com costs RSD 1,810 in the first year, and transferring an existing one in costs RSD 1,810. The site median for a first year .com is €11.61, so this sits in the usual band.

The stated audience is beginners and small business. The company is registered as SuperHosting d.o.o. and sells to buyers who want hosting and domains from one place, rather than splitting them across separate providers.
