Our verdict
TheHost.ua suits small businesses wanting hosting and business email on one account, opening at UAH 149 and renewing at UAH 58. Both amounts sit in local currency, so buyers elsewhere should convert first, and plans hold 1-50 per plan of sites each.

Pros and cons
Pros
- Hosting and business email sit on the same plans, with free ssl, backups and email bundled into the package.
- Support covers email, chat and phone, so help is not tied to a single channel.
- Servers sit in Ukraine, Germany and USA, giving local, European and US visitors a nearby route.
Cons
- The UAH 149 entry price covers only 1, so a longer term starts at the UAH 58 renewal figure.
- Site counts sit at 1-50 per plan, which is tight for an agency carrying many client domains.
- Prices are quoted in hryvnia, so UAH 149 and UAH 58 need converting for budgets held elsewhere.

Scored 8.6 / 10 by ForgeCue.
Who it suits
- Small businesses in Ukraine that want hosting, backups and email covered by one supplier.
- Site owners who prefer to trial a service first, given free trial and free plan on offer here.
- Projects with European or North American visitors, since data centres run in Ukraine, Germany and USA.
Who should look elsewhere
- Afrihost, if an entry price of ZAR 84 in rand fits your billing better.
- Hosting.cl, whose entry price of CLP 159,900 is quoted in Chilean pesos for a different budget.
- Host Chile, if the entry price of CLP 1,491.67 in pesos suits another currency.
What it does well
The catalogue runs from shared hosting, premium hosting and hosting reselling, so a site can start on shared hosting and later move to VPS/VDS virtual servers, dedicated servers or colocation without changing supplier. Each plan includes free ssl, backups and email, and site counts are 1-50 per plan. Servers sit in Ukraine, Germany and USA, keeping local traffic short and European and US visitors on a nearer route.
Who runs it
The provider operates as TheHost LLC (EDRPOU 45581529), registered in Ukraine and trading since 2007. Support runs on email, chat and phone, so a site owner with a live outage can call, chat or email, and a help centre answers routine questions. The stated service target is an uptime guarantee of 99%.

Frequently asked questions
What does hosting cost at entry and at renewal?+
The opening term is priced at UAH 149 and covers 1, after which the figure moves to UAH 58. Both amounts are in Ukrainian hryvnia, so a reader budgeting in another currency should convert before comparing plans with Afrihost or Host Chile.
Which kinds of hosting are on offer?+
The range covers shared hosting, premium hosting and hosting reselling. A site can begin on shared hosting, move to premium hosting or VPS/VDS virtual servers, and go as far as dedicated servers, colocation and cloud storage, all under one supplier.
What comes with a plan and how many sites fit?+
Every plan lists free ssl, backups and email, so certificates, backups and email come as part of the package rather than paid add-ons. Site counts are 1-50 per plan, which matters to an agency carrying several client domains on a single account.
Where are the servers located?+
Data centres run in Ukraine, Germany and USA. Local traffic stays on a short route, while the German and US sites put European and North American visitors on a nearer path than a single-region host would offer.
Can I try the service before paying for a term?+
The service offers free trial and free plan, so a free plan and a free trial are both available. That suits an owner who wants to see how email and backups behave on real content before taking on a paid period.
How do I reach support?+
Support runs on email, chat and phone, covering phone, chat, email and a help centre. A site owner facing an outage can call, while routine questions about plans can be handled in writing or read in the help centre.
Who is the counterparty behind the service?+
The provider is TheHost LLC (EDRPOU 45581529), based in Ukraine and trading since 2007. Contracts, invoices and support all sit with that single entity, which matters when a business wants one named party to deal with.
