Frequently asked questions

What does the entry price cover?+

The published hosting price sits on reseller plans, at PHP 500 to PHP 2,500 for a 12 term, quoted in Philippine pesos. Other lines in web hosting, reseller hosting and virtual servers, such as web hosting, virtual servers, dedicated servers, colocation and cloud IaaS, are set out as product types rather than with a single starting figure.

How much does a .com domain cost?+

A .com registration is $20 in the first year, renews at $20 and transfers in at $20. The figure holds at every stage, so there is no renewal jump after the first year. 11 domain endings are listed alongside the .com price.

Is there a money-back period?+

Yes. A 30 money-back period is stated on web hosting plans. On the site's money-back ranking web.com.ph sits at 35 of 275, a stronger placing than its entry price rank of 221 of 282.

The catalogue covers web hosting, reseller hosting and virtual servers. That range lets a small site start on web hosting and step up to a virtual server, a dedicated server, colocation or cloud IaaS under the same provider, with reseller hosting in between for agencies reselling space.

How many websites can a plan host?+

Websites allowed differ by plan: a single site on Personal, unlimited on Business, and a set minimum rising to unlimited on reseller plans. Backups and email are the listed features on backups and email across the web hosting range, so business email travels with the hosting.
