Pros and cons
Pros
- Entry fees of MKD 1,999 to MKD 8,799 cover the Solo, Business and Premium plans for a 12 introductory term
- Every plan bundles free ssl, backups and cdn rather than selling them as extras
- Support runs through email, chat and phone, so phone and chat sit beside email
- An uptime guarantee of 99.99% is published with the plans
Cons
- Renewal fees of MKD 2,499 to MKD 10,999 sit above the MKD 1,999 to MKD 8,799 entry price, so budgets have to rise once the introductory term ends
- Every figure is quoted in a single local currency, so the MKD 1,999 to MKD 8,799 range needs converting for buyers elsewhere
- Sites sit in Equinix Tier III Plus in the EU or a local Macedonian facility (Equinix Tier III Plus (EU) and Macedonia (local hosting)), which puts round trips further out for visitors on other continents
Who it suits
- Macedonian businesses that want a local facility close to their own visitors
- Beginners and small sites that need hosting, business email and domain registration in the same catalog
- Teams that want phone and chat support alongside email
Who should look elsewhere
- Buyers paying in another currency, where Afrihost at ZAR 84 in ZAR reads more directly
- Visitors far from the region, who may find Hosting.cl or Host Chile, listed at CLP 1,491.67, nearer than the EU and Macedonian facilities in Equinix Tier III Plus (EU) and Macedonia (local hosting)
- Long-term planners on a fixed budget, because renewal fees move to MKD 2,499 to MKD 10,999 after the introductory term
What it does well
The catalog covers shared hosting, mini hosting and Windows hosting, so shared and mini hosting sit next to Windows plans, local Macedonian hosting and managed cloud VPS, with business email sold alongside. Solo, Business and Premium each set their own domain allowance, growing with the tier. Every plan bundles free ssl, backups and cdn, and sites are placed in Equinix Tier III Plus in the EU or a local Macedonian facility.
Who runs it
Vortechs Media DOO is the legal entity, based in North Macedonia and trading since 2015. The same Macedonian operation handles hosting, email and domain registration, which suits customers who want a single point of contact. Support runs through email, chat and phone, so phone and chat sit alongside email and a help centre.

Frequently asked questions
How much does hosting cost?+
Entry pricing on the Solo, Business and Premium plans runs MKD 1,999 to MKD 8,799 for a 12 introductory term. Once that term ends, the same plans renew at MKD 2,499 to MKD 10,999, so the budget is better set against the renewal figure than the entry one.
What does a .com domain cost?+
A .com registration runs MKD 1,099 in the first year. Renewal sits at MKD 1,099, and moving a domain already registered with another provider costs MKD 1,099. All three figures are quoted in MKD on the domains page.
Which hosting types are offered?+
The range covers shared hosting, mini hosting and Windows hosting. Shared and mini hosting sit alongside Windows plans, Macedonian local hosting and managed cloud VPS, and business email hosting is sold from the same account as the web plans.
What comes with each plan?+
Bundled features run to free ssl, backups and cdn, so certificates, backups, a content delivery network and email form part of the package. Limits differ by tier: Solo, Business and Premium each carry a different domain allowance.
Can I reach support by phone?+
Support runs through email, chat and phone, covering email, live chat, phone and a help centre. The company behind the service is Vortechs Media DOO in North Macedonia, so the same firm answers on every channel.
What uptime is promised?+
The published guarantee is 99.99% on hosted plans. Sites are placed in Equinix Tier III Plus facilities in the EU or a local Macedonian facility, so response times depend on where the audience sits.
Who is the service aimed at?+
The stated audience is beginners and small business. That fits the product mix: managed cloud VPS, business email and local Macedonian hosting sized for small sites, with domain registration to complete the setup.
Can the service be tried before a longer commitment?+
The terms list free trial, so a trial is part of the model. Plan structure stays the same, and the domain allowance shifts with the tier, from the smallest count on the entry plan to the largest on the highest tier.
