Plans and pricing
Zety pairs a free plan with paid access, which helps readers weigh entry cost against ongoing use. Paid access is listed at $25.95. That figure matters for budget planning because it sets expectations before users invest time in drafting, formatting and refining documents. The presence of a free plan is available, so users can inspect templates, prompts and editing flow before deciding on payment. That structure suits careful shoppers who prefer to confirm fit, layout quality and ease of use in advance. Limits shape value alongside price. The service describes allowances in plain terms that help users judge whether the plan supports repeated applications, tailored versions and plain text exports. Readers comparing resume services often balance creation freedom against export flexibility, and stated limits help clarify that exchange. Against peers, entry pricing and allowance design remain central points of contrast. Some shoppers prioritize lower entry pricing, while others prioritize broader drafting freedom and support choice. Reading plan terms alongside allowance notes helps avoid surprise at checkout and helps match payment with expected hiring activity, document volume and preferred file handling.
Who runs it
Zety is operated by BOLD LLC. That operator detail appears in service terms and helps readers confirm who provides the service, handles accounts and publishes plan rules. Knowing the operating entity supports clearer expectations around billing, account management and published policies. It also helps users locate official terms and support pages when questions arise during use. Day to day help is available through email, chat and phone. That mix covers written requests, live conversation and voice contact, which suits users with different preferences and schedules. Email style contact suits detailed questions with attachments or account specifics. Chat style contact suits quick formatting or navigation questions during drafting. Phone style contact suits users who prefer direct discussion for billing, access or troubleshooting. Together, operator clarity and varied contact options support a purchase decision grounded in accountability and assistance. Readers who value guided setup, prompt answers and clear ownership often weigh these points alongside price and allowances. Reviewing operator terms plus contact hours and response practice, where published, helps match the service to preferred ways of resolving questions.
