Esoft review

Esoft lists a starting price of AZN 12 for its plan. Across the wider set the median entry price is €13.15, so Esoft sits near the middle rather than at either extreme. Access comes through a 3 day trial, and the free plan is no.

The free plan is no, so nothing stays usable at no charge once the trial ends. Entry pricing starts at AZN 12, and the trial runs 3 days with 3-day trial, unlimited companies, which puts the first outlay early on a 1 user plan.

The trial runs 3 days and usage limits read 3-day trial, unlimited companies, so the cap sits on time rather than on how many companies you add. The terms name a 1 user plan, which keeps a first look simple for a small team.

The terms list 1 user on the plan, so seats are not a flexible part of the entry price. Priced from AZN 12, Esoft reads as a tool for a sole owner or a very small team, and further seat counts are not priced in what is listed.

Local compliance is listed as e invoicing, and e-invoicing is the most common compliance item across ranked accounting tools at 94.7%. The product comes from AZ, run by Fill Service MMC, so the paperwork coverage points at the home market.

Support runs on email alone. In this category a help centre is a common addition, present on 70.2% of ranked accounting tools, and phone support on 44.2%. The stated channel list for Esoft is the shorter of the two.

The platforms list names ios only, so a phone or tablet covers the on-the-go side of the product. With the company based in Azerbaijan, the tool is built for a home market audience, and the small business framing of the product matches that.

Esoft's entry point is AZN 12. Across the wider set, renewal prices centre on €5.99 at the median while introductory prices sit lower at €2.99, which is the gap readers weigh when comparing plans. Budgets set against a trial rate are the ones that tend to move.
